1.What is included in rent?
1.Rent include furniture, home electronics, room cleaning service(once/week) towel exchange (twice/week), Cable TV standard channel, basic telephone charge, usage fee of lounge, gym on second floor, message relaying, mail/ package storage, courier parcel arrangement, limousine & taxi arrangement. Utilities are not included.
2.How can I know the availability of unit? And how can I make application and contract?
2.Contact us by telephone or e-mail as above and let us inform when you would like to move in, what type of room you would like (1bedroom/ 2 bedroom / 3 bedroom), how long do you plan to stay, how many people would stay in. You can hold unit two month in advance.
3.How long does it take to move in after I am accepted my application?
3.It takes one week at least after we accept application. In case of urgent please consult us first.
4.Can I extend contract?
4.In case there is no appointment after yours, it is possible to make re-contract, or in case there is appointment already, we would like to arrange other unit for you on your request. Please inform us about it as soon as possible.
5.Is it charged when I cancel the application?
5.It depends when you cancel. See below;
On the day of scheduled day of moving in・・・ cost 100% of one month rent. One day before・・・ cost 90% of one month rent.
Within two weeks・・・cost 50% of one month rent.
6.Can I rent one week?
6.For security reason, minimum length of stay is only one month. After one month we can request as pro-rate basis on your request.
7.Can I pay rent by credit card?
7.No. please make cash transfer though a bank.

1.Is there parking lot?
1.Yes, there is parking lot in this building. One is multilevel parking tower, which can accommodate 18cars. (Car should be less than 1.55 meters high) The other one is regular style with shutter which accommodates one car. 40,000yen / month, contract of parking lot is required.

3.Can I make removal of furniture and bring in mine?
3.It is possible. Please inform us when you make application.

1.Does information staff is in the building regularly?
1.The staff are at information desk on first floor, between 9:30am-5:30pm, Monday- Saturday. The other time, guards will be there. We have staff to stay in this building 24hours everyday to keep your safety. Additionally there is office on third floor, we will attend to you during business hours.
2.Can I use internet?
2.Yes, you can use optical fiber internet(100Mbps・best effort) with 2900 yen/month. When you would like to use wireless, there is loaning service.
3.Is security tight?
3.Entrance of the building is locked all the time and can be opened by only keycard. Each unit has dimple style key which is almost impossible to make copy, and unlock without the key. There is a staff on first floor except midnight-6:00am. After midnight, guard is at guard’s room in this building at call. Additionally, there are a number of security cameras inside and outside of the building and monitor 24 hours, and a security firm takes charge of this building as well.
4.Is there any room to invite friends and family?
4.Please tell us in advance, depends on availability we can arrange other unit for them. We can arrange extra bed (optional), huton- Japanese style mattress (free) in your unit as well.
5.How can I pay utilities?
5.You can apply and pay by yourself, or we can apply and can charge you with rent. Depends on contract, we may be able to add price on rent. Consult us for more detail.
6.Can a staff receive parcels and letters while I am out?
6.Not only you are out, a staff receive all parcels and letters at information desk except for corrective / frozen/ cooled.
7.Is there any laundry cleaning service?
7.Affricated dry-cleaning company comes every twice a week. A staff arranges your laundry for delivery and receives (optional). Other laundry can be washed once a week on your request (15,000yen/month)
8.Can I have any pet?
8.We are afraid to say but absolutely not.
9.What does room cleaning service cover?
9.Linen exchange, towel exchange, bed making, vacuum, wash up bathroom, kitchen, , wipe-up furniture, collecting garbage, clean up veranda, clean up air conditioner. This service is once a week (towel exchange is twice a week), in case you would like them to do more frequency, we can arrange (optional)
10.Can I request some more equipment?
10.It depends on contract, if it is long length, to stay here more comfortably, we would like to arrange as possible.

1.Is there any hospital nearby?
1.Yes, there a number of hospitals and clinic. We can inform you where you can have treatment with other language such as English or Chinese. In case of emergency, we will take you to hospital.
2.Is there any convenience store and supermarket nearby?
2.Yes. 4 or 5 convenience stores are nearby. Three supermarkets are at walkable place. When you use bike, there are three more. There is bike loaning service for daily parches, please feel free to request us.
