Revision of the rent for Renovated type(Studio/1LDK)
Renovated type units (studio/1LDK) have been revision of the rent; they are more reasonable and more accessible!
Units of renovated type have satisfied fully to our tenants, however we also have been received comments of high rent. Answering the request, we made revision of the rent fee. Adding up only a little to basic type, you can get up-graded unit. Especially kitchen, bathroom, etc. which uses water in units are greatly improved and big difference between basic type and renovated type.
